This week's Friday Night recipe ideas:

Roasted Asparagus-
Ingredients:
asparagus
lemon juice
panko bread crumbs
peanut oil
mayonnaise
Dijon-style mustard - optional
ungreased baking pan
Preheat oven 425 degrees F.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. cover and chill half of the mixture until ready to serve.
Use the remaining mixture to coat the asparagus.
Roll asparagus in the bread crumbs.
Drizzle with the oil.
Roast in oven for 12 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
Serve with the chilled mayonnaise mixture.
